For more than thirty years, I built a career helping leaders prepare for moments that mattered.

Whether speaking from a stage, leading international meetings, representing a global organization, or communicating through periods of significant change, I learned that confidence is rarely accidental. It’s the result of thoughtful preparation.

Throughout my career, I became fascinated by something that extended far beyond communication. When people feel confident in how they present themselves, they show up differently. They speak with greater conviction, carry themselves with more ease, and spend less energy wondering how they look. That leaves them freer to listen, connect, communicate well, and be fully present for the people, experiences, and moments that matter.

That observation stayed with me.

Long before I understood style, I was captivated by color. As a young girl, I remember doing an elementary school project about how light refracts to create the colors of the rainbow. What began as a simple science assignment sparked a lifelong fascination with color—how it shapes what we see, influences how we feel, and changes the way we experience the world.

That curiosity never left me.

Over time, it grew into a deep appreciation for beauty, proportion, texture, pattern, design, and the subtle details that make something feel harmonious. Friends often joke that I can’t help myself—I instinctively notice what’s working and what could work even better. Whether it’s an outfit, a beautifully designed hotel, a restaurant, or a thoughtfully curated room or carefully designed event, my instinct is always to edit and refine while preserving what makes it special.

Travel broadened that perspective in ways I could never have learned from a book. Over the course of my career, I traveled nearly three million miles and spent time in more than 30 countries. Experiencing different cultures taught me to notice and appreciate the many ways people use color, pattern, texture, design and personal presentation to express who they are. Just as importantly, working with people across cultures deepened my appreciation for individuality and reinforced my belief that there is no single definition of good style. The best style feels authentic to the person wearing it.

And after nearly three million miles of business and personal travel, I also learned a very practical skill: how to pack.Years of preparing for everything from executive meetings and formal events to vacations and weekends away helped me develop a proven approach to packing with versatility and intention—bringing what you need, knowing how it works together, and eliminating what you don’t.

Style has always been a natural extension of the way I see the world.

Equally important, I believe style should be intentional—not excessive. Years of leading organizations and managing significant budgets reinforced my belief that thoughtful investment almost always outperforms unnecessary spending. I love helping women understand where quality matters, where they can save without sacrificing style, and how to build wardrobes that work hard for every dollar invested. Some of the most beautiful wardrobes are created through a thoughtful blend of investment pieces and affordable finds.

Kw Styles brings together everything I’ve spent a lifetime developing: an appreciation for beauty, a critical eye for detail, a global perspective, a strategic approach to investment, a practical understanding of value, and more than three decades of helping people prepare for moments where confidence matters.

I don’t believe style is about becoming someone else.

I believe it’s about thoughtfully refining what already makes you uniquely you.
